Reservations

How can I cancel or change my reservation?

[For reservations made on the official website]
9h members can make changes or cancellations from the reservation information on My Page. If you are not a 9h member, please display the reservation information from the reservation number and make changes or cancellations from there.

[For reservations made on other websites]
If you have booked through an online reservation site (Rakuten, Jalan, booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, etc.) or a travel agency, please contact the service where you made the booking.

When will cancellation fees apply?

Cancellation before the day of check-in: No cancellation fees apply.
Cancellation on the day of check-in or no-show: 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fees.
Note: Different cancellation policies apply to non-refundable plan, group bookings or corporate contracts.

Accommodations

What is the check-in time?

Check-in is available from 3 pm until midnight.
If check-in is expected after midnight, please contact us via the inquiry form. Failure to provide prior notice may result in a no-show charge.

What is the check-out time?

Check-out is until 11 am.
Late check-out is not available.

What should I do if I'm checking in late?

For check-ins past midnight, please inform us via the inquiry form.
Failure to provide prior notice may result in a no-show charge.

Payment Methods

What advance payment methods are accepted on the official website?

Credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners), debit cards, and Apple Pay are accepted.

What payment methods are accepted on-site?

We accept the following methods for on-site payment.
- Credit Card (VISA,Master,JCB,American Express,Diners,UnionPay,DISCOVER)
- E-money (Transportation IC, iD, QUICPay)
- QR codes (PayPay, d Payment, auPAY, Merpay, Alipay, WeChat Pay)
- Cash

How can I obtain a receipt?

The issuance of receipts depends on your reservation and payment methods.

(Please use desktop browser)You can issue your online receipt from reservation information page. For 9h members, find your reservation on My Page. If non-9h member, find your reservation from reservation number. *Only available from a desktop web browser.

Please check the site where you made the reservation.

Facilities/Services

Can I request a specific dormitory bed location?

Specific beds cannot be reserved for dormitory bookings, including preferences for an upper or lower bunk. We will assign you an available bed upon your arrival.

If I book dormitory beds for multiple people, will we be in the same room?

Even with multiple bookings, there is a possibility that you may share the room with other guests.

Can I reserve the entire dormitory room for my group?

Dormitory rooms are shared spaces, and exclusive use is not available. Regardless of your group size, you will share the room with other guests.

I’m concerned about sharing a room with other guests in a dormitory.

Dormitory rooms are designed for shared use by multiple guests. If privacy is a priority, we recommend booking a private room instead.

Do you provide towel replacement or bed-making services for multi-night stays?

For guests staying in dormitories or rooms with shared toilets and showers:
Bed-making services are not provided during multi-night stays. (For hygiene reasons, staff may offer to replace bed linens if necessary.) Rental towels can be purchased at the front desk.

For guests staying in rooms with private toilets and showers:
Towels are replaced daily during your stay and can be picked up at the front desk. Bed-making is available upon request. Please inform the front desk staff if you would like to use this service.

What should I do if my luggage doesn't fit in the locker?

We provide a designated space for luggage storage. Please note that we do not offer luggage storage at the front desk.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in?

Luggage can be stored on the check-in date.
Please inform the staff.

Can I store my luggage after check-out?

Luggage can be stored until 23:59 on the check-out date.
Please inform the staff.

Is advance luggage shipping available?

Yes. Please send it on the check-in date with the guest's name (in Roman letters) and check-in date clearly indicated on the shipping label.

What amenities are provided?

"Free amenities: Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, earplugs
Paid amenities: Bath & face rental towels, rental loungewear, toothbrush, razor
*Private rooms with a toilet and shower include a complimentary towel set."

Is there a microwave?

An microwave is available.

Is there an electric kettle?

An electric kettle is available.

Is there a laundry facility?

Coin-operated laundry facilities are provided.

Others

Can food and drinks be consumed inside the facility?

Eating and drinking are not permitted inside the dormitory beds.
Please use the lounge or go outside the facility for any food and beverages.

Are there any other rules I should know about?

Specific regulations regarding bedding damage and locker key loss apply.
Please refer to the terms and conditions of accommodation for details.

Can minors use the facility?

Our facilities are available for guests aged 6 and above. Regardless of age, one capsule reservation per person is required. There are no child rates.
Ages 6 to 11:
Can be used with a same-sex guardian.

Ages 12 to 17:
Can be used with a guardian.
If the guardian is absent, submission of a consent form signed by the guardian is required.

How can I inquire about corporate contracts?

We are available to discuss corporate contracts for companies that regularly use our facilities.
